French toast is a luxurious way to start your morning, and an infusion of Thai iced tea is the perfect compliment to the sweetness.
Top with butter and sweetened condensed coconut milk for the ultimate Thai iced tea-style breakfast.
1/2 c. Emshika’s Thai Iced Tea
1/4 c. milk
2 tbs. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 tbs. butter
4 slices brioche or white bread
1/4 c. coconut condensed milk
Crack eggs into a bowl and whisk.
Add Thai iced tea, milk, sugar, and vanilla extract. Whisk until combined.
In a pan over low heat, melt butter.
Dredge bread in egg mixture and place in pan.
Cook 30 seconds each side.
Plate, then top with butter and coconut condensed milk.
